Canton Web Services prefers online payment. However, your payment is also accepted by check or money order via mail.

We accept payment via all major credit cards. PayPal is our payment processor, so your personal information remains safe and secure. Please use our form below to submit credit card or PayPal payments. Note that a PayPal account is not needed for credit card payments!

Our terms for invoices over $500 are 2%-7, Net 15 Days. (2% discount if payment is made within one week of the invoice date.) Accounts more than 30 days past due will be assessed a charge of 1.5% of the invoice total per month, plus a $25 late fee per month that the account remains overdue. Accounts more than 60 days past due will be deactivated until the account is brought current.

Before work begins on your project, we require a deposit. This is based upon a percentage of the estimate quoted.

For invoices under $500, and all deposits to begin work, payment is due upon receipt. Payment arrangements will be negotiated for all work over $500 at a client’s request.

Invoices are issued electronically, e-mailed to the client as a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file. Account statements are issued monthly if there is a balance on your account.
